Use Google Voice from Google Phone Booths

Google yesterday announced Google Voice calls through Gmail. The idea of it is that if you're in an area with low signal, or you don't have your phone, or you don't want to incur expensive roaming charges, you can just log onto your computer and make calls from inside Gmail, using your Google Voice credit for international calls. However, what if you're not even at your computer? No, problem, use one of Google's Google Voice telephone booths!
