Nokia and Intel's MeeGo OS is still relatively new, so what better way to test the water than to allow users to install it on their phone while keeping their old OS?
Nokia's N900 has been around for a while now, but the high-end phone is getting a fresh bout of press attention as Nokia has announced that the phone will soon be capable of running MeeGo alongside the already installed Maemo 5.

Apple has just sent out press invites for its next event and though the lion on the invitation implies we can expect the event to revolve around OS X, it hasn't stopped the rumors about new hardware.

iPhone 5 to Have GSM+CDMA for Verizon + AT&T?
Despite the fact that all major carriers are moving toward 4G technology, Apple apparently won't be making use of it until 2012.
Verizon is talking up its 4G LTE network, and Sprint already has its 4G WiMax up and running in several cities. T-Mobile is currently selling HSPA+ handsets and AT&T is planning an LTE rollout for sometime in 2011. With all of the major service providers going '4G' it's not surprising to see so many 4G handsets hitting the shelves. However, it seems fans of the smartphone that launched a thousand smartphones won't be availing of the new network technology anytime soon.

FBI Caught Spying, Wanted Tracking Device Back
Luckily, their subject was boring.
It's no secret that the government spies on its on citizens as well as those from other nations (even though it may try to do it as secretively as possible). One California student managed to find a tracking device that the FBI put on his car, and that promptly got him a visit from the men in black.

Maybe some people actually like the Geek Squad's help.
Gamers have been pointing fingers at Best Buy's Geek Squad service for selling "upgraded" PlayStation 3 that have been updated to run the latest firmware. Best Buy advertises this upgrade as something that helps the system run more smoothly.
